To continuously provide a wide-selection of quality offers on a regular basis, FreePay has implemented the following new offer requirements policies that will immediately be in effect for all existing and new users.
Existing Users:
· With a start date of March 1, 2006 – existing users and their associated referrals will have 90 days to complete all offer requirements specific to the FreePay websites of their original account signups.
· Upon completion of all offer requirements, existing users will have the ability to download and print an “Approval Form” that must be filled out in its entirety and mailed with a postmarked date no later than 30 days of completing their offer requirements.
New Users:
· Beginning with the date of new account signups on FreePay websites, new users and their associated referrals will have 90 days to complete all offer requirements specific to the FreePay websites of their new accounts signups.
· Upon completion of all offer requirements, new users will have the ability to download and print an “Approval Form” that must be filled out in its entirety and mailed with a postmarked date no later than 30 days of completing their offer requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: If all offer requirements have been met within 30 days of a new account signup, the “Approval Form” will not be available for downloading until after those 30 days. |

2 questions:
1) If I get all my referrals and print and send the approval form, but am denied approval due to 1 or 2 referrals, am I still on the same 90-day deadline to find replacement referrals, or is there an extension?
2) If I don't have all my referrals after 90 days, can I start over, or am I barred from finishing that site? |

this policy should add
"From now on, all referrals and yourself that have subscribed to an offer WILL recieve instant credit"
that makes more sense with this policy, it elliminates "wait time" |

THIS SEEMS SO SHADY TO ME SORRY TO SAY.
Suppose a guy wants a free PS3, 8 referral requirement. He can only get 7 referrals by the 90 day mark. So, Freepay not only get's to keep the money from the subscriptions for giving them 7 people, but they don't even have to buy anything for the original user, thus, PROFIT FOR FREEPAY.
sorry, but looks like this is the idea in the Corporate Heads at Freepay.

what if they get 8 referals after 60 days, send it approval form, and a month later they get back a response saying one of their greens did not go through? Then they get nothing for having what were probably 8 legitimate greens. ROFL, this is complete bullshit. |

| Why don't they just make their policy for INACTIVE accounts for 90 days or something. Then everything would be peachy. |

| Trannin should send FreePay a giftbasket or something to thank FreePay for boosting Tranins appeal. Why doesnt FreePay throw in some OODs as well? I heard those are good money makers. |

that would just make it easier for you to finish the site. These new rules are obviously in place to make it harder for us to finish |

doubtful...they've all said "INSTANT" for some time now.
As for my 8/28/06 thing:
"Your form must be mailed (according to the postmark) by 8/28/2006. We recommend that you use recorded mail."
I dunno...check...it's for my PSPs that I JUST completed yesterday/today (don't know when last ref went green). |

Just so everyone can see here is what you get when you finish a site:
| Quote: |
You have the minimum number of referred friends needed to get your FREE Laptop. The next step is to click the Download Approval Form button below to download the approval form file to your desktop. Print this file out, fill it in and mail it according to the instructions on the form. Note, you must click the button and download a new form - photocopies will not be accepted.
Your form must be mailed (according to the postmark) by 8/28/2006. We recommend that you use recorded mail.
When we process your approval form we will check your account and confirm that all of your referrals are unique, valid and legitimate. We also check your referrals' referrals, to ensure that there has been no fraud or abuse. We cannot award you credit for referrals that have broken our Terms and Conditions. Unfortunately, customers often find that 1 or 2 of their referrals do not get awarded, so you may want to refer extra friends to improve your chances of approval.
Check this page regularly to see the result of your approval request. It may take 4 or more weeks to process your approval form.
Your User ID: ??????????
|
Which has me kinda upset since I have been waiting for 14 days for approval on that site, now I have to mail in a voucher and wait another 30. Hmmmm |

this is weird, ive gotten all the referals for my xbox360 and giftcards, and i submitted for approval, and now my status says:
Great news!
You have completed an offer. Now just refer 8 friends to sign up and complete an offer.
But i already have all 8 (for the xbox)? Should i just wait, since things are still being worked out i guess? |

Goodbye FreePay.
I'm with Train only now.
I'm sorry to everyone. Everything good must go sometime or another. This is a bigger scam than OC in my opinion.
Jake, and all the rest of freepay, do you realize it took me 6 hard and long months just to get my iPod?? I mean come on, it takes some to convince people. I don't know what the hell you guys were thinking, maybe you were high?
I'm starting my podcast again.
