I sent in a few manual credit requests, and i just now reading here realized the email headers were needed in the request. So now im trying to find a way to get a hold of them to resend this information but see no way to. I sent in a support ticket but that pretty much magically dissipated. In general the lack of any details sucks too.

Just wait for your support ticket to get answered, it takes usually 3 days to hear back.

Support tickets do not disappear. If you submitted a support ticket, it will be listed in the "Support Ticket" section which you can access using the "My Account" or "Help" page and clicking on the "Support Ticket" link.

If you don't see one, you didn't submit a support ticket, you did something else in which case I would advise you to either open a support ticket or using the "Contact" link at the bottom of our site, contact us via email and we can check your account and assist you that way.
