you forgot the spot that has a click box to resize the image with a drop down menu to specify the size.

Shack is also fully anonymous. With bucket, you have to create an account with a username. You also have many easy ways to upload to shack, like the firefox and XP right click plugins that allow you to upload an image without even visiting the site.

could u take a look at my brag bag thread... im having problems with sizing... what should i do... no matter how large i keep it, it always comes out that size... and you cant hardly see it

Can you offer any tips for someone like me
who doesn't have decent software to do it and
who refuses to spend the money for the software?

Nope, can't say I have. Editing and cropping in Snagit is dead easy though.

Looks as if Snagit's current demo is fully functional for 30 days. You can always give it a try to see if you like it before upgrading. Shrug

Well, if you're not going to save them as optimized gif's, then go with the thumbnail option. Not direct links to embed them in a thread. (Too big for the board)
