"Hello,
Renato registered over 100 fraudulent accounts on our site. Believe what you want, but there is absolutely no way we would ever consider lifting the holds off of any of his accoutns. He is the largest frauder by far we have ever had on any of our sites.
Thank you,

| It's true he/she seems to have done the sames sites several times (although I can't confirm the 100+ fraudulent accounts) so I just went ahead and removed their trade module privileges. Ban will probably follow soon. |

I guess he just figured out how to cheat the system. He has been banned on Freelunchroom. I am not sure what other forums he is on. He tried to tell me that it was not his fault that his account went on hold :roll:and he did not owe me my money back so I filed a claim with Paypal. Waiting to see if I get my money back.... |

Paypal is now saying that a trade is "virtual and intangible". Anyone have some ideas on how to deal with Paypal? They have refunded other bad trades before. not sure what their deal is.
Could use some help. |

That has always been their official policy, it's in their terms -- in order for a claim to be valid, it must involve shipping a tangible item. They just selectively enforce it or they don't always pay attention to the claim details. Other people go so far as to lie on the claim about the transaction details, which is itself fraud and not recommended.
I've never had any luck with PayPal taking action for referral trading claims, and I've been involved in probably a half dozen attempts up to a couple years ago. Others have just been lucky, that's all. |
