You can trade with any member you wish to, but anyone who has under +2 TR that you trade with, neither of you will receive +TR for that trade.

As soon as you hit +2TR, then you can trade with anyone and receive TR for the trade.

I filed a claim against hamtaroking and now I am waiting to hear back from Paypal. I probably wont get anything but I will try to file internet fraud against him. He has to have a bank account or credit card attatched to his account and if not they can sure track his IP address. If anyone else is willing to join with me on this PM me please.
