Well, I am pleased to say that FreePay have paid up. After many different issues, they have delivered me a £330 Amazon voucher in place of my 20GB PS3. So, I have been out, bought a 60GB one, and I am very very happy.
Thank you, FreePay, for finally doing the right thing and for the improvements you've made over the last week or two in your communication!
This shows that perseverance is the right approach, although I don't want to trivialise how hard it's actually been getting here.
I will soon be posting some comprehensive thoughts on how I got through the problems with FreePay, so that for anyone else who is struggling, it should be a useful resource. I just need to get the time together to do that, bearing in mind I now have Motorstorm and Resistance, Fall of Man to play on.
Trust that you guys will also get there soon.

I have officially gone "Sent to Vendor", rather than "Order Received".
It still says "Based on Product Availability", but at least it is a change. |

| I got a 60 GB PS3 in the mail yesterday from Freepay. It shipped straight from Amazon which I found to be strange. I'm pretty happy that I ended up with a 60 gb since I was expecting the 20. I'm a little confused that Freepay is sending some people PS3s and others gift cards. I had requested a gift card and still got a PS3. Weird... |

well, i did it for 8 referrals, and i got it. I meant to say 10 referrals. I forgot what the referral requirement was for the PS3. But nonetheless |

I was away on vacation for the past few weeks, and when I got home today, there was a shiny new PS3 from Freepay waiting for me!
