I was put on hold for FRAUD?,get real you have many scammers out here that do alot more damage then spomeone doing an honest mistake.

Now does hold mean till you finish your cup of coffee,or till your kids graduate college?

Contact support about your hold to determine a resolution if there is one. If you were put on hold for multiple offer completions a hold will not be removed as this is considered fraud.

I did contact support and the same person as before ALESHA ,ALESHA thinks since someone who didn't read or understand the TOS is going to do them harm and the scammers she probably takes out to dinner every night for frauding the other sites.

We're not frauding anyone. We have rules and we have the TOS that instructs users on the rules. Every user that signs up has to agree to the rules and that they read them. You violated this and we are not to blame. Sorry.

Well there you go thats your answer. Alesha is actually one of my friends and a mighty fine support person. She checks everyone thoroughly but is also understandable and nice, if you broke the TOS you really truely have no one to blame but yourself. You must agree to them before signing up to almost any free site. Insulting her and Free4Me will do you no good.

She is good at customer service. They screwed up my payment, but she took care of it.

I'm not blaming her specifically just saying who i got the answers from,if you egyption told me i would have said you,

The only thing i was questioning and unclear about was i wasn't told if it was temporary or permanent.

If she would have told me when i asked about it that it was permanent then i wouldn't had said anything.

Generally speaking, if a site ever formally puts you "on hold," it's considered permanent by default. I've never heard of "temporary hold." Sometimes a hold can be reversed by pleading a strong case to a sympathetic ear, but in virtually all cases of blatant TOS violation... ain't gonna happen.

I don't understand if someone is committing fraud why would they do the same offer on one site do these people who run these sites think we are idiots? Common sense will tell us we are gonna get caught. It just doesn't make sense to me.

Regarding the first question, you'd be surprised.

Regarding the rest - whether it's intentional or not is completely irrelevant. Getting advertisers that are willing to run incentivized offers is extremely difficult because of the poor quality of the leads. When someone completes the same offer twice, whether intentional or not, it does huge damage to the freebie scene. All the complaints people have of freebie sites lately - poor offer selection, poor payouts on offers, poor manual credit request times - are ALL the results of not just the blatant fraud, but also the unintentional fraud (which includes people who sign up and cancel 5 minutes later without even logging into the site). If site owners were as lax as some people want us to be, the freebie scene would be in even worse shape than it already is.
