If I make $600 or more total on different 123stuffforfree sites do I have to fill out a W9? Example if I make 200 on games, 200 on paintball, and 200 on ipods do I have to fill out a w9?

Yes.

If the total amount received from us reaches $600 or more in a calendar year a W-9 must be submitted. (The IRS doesn't care about individual sites -- all that matters to them is the total we paid a user.)
