While reading an interview with the creators of Castle Crashers, they have stated that developers do discuss the price of the arcade games before the games being released; however, Microsoft ultimately decides the price, regardless of what the developers want the price to be, so The Behemoth cannot be blamed for the game being $15.

Castle Crashers is worth the 1,200 Microsoft Points. I have purchased it and have been playing non-stop for a few days now. That game is absolutely incredible, and so what if there are a few bugs? There are always bugs in any game. Co-Op I admit has some technical difficulties; however, when it works, it works flawlessly and it makes the game a lot of fun.

Do you honestly think $15 is a lot of money for a game that has been worked on for three years, which turned out to be almost perfect in every way? If you can afford Xbox Live, or any other game for that matter, you can afford a $15 arcade game. Do you know how much work and effort goes into developing games? The other guys need to make money as well ya know, otherwise you wouldn't be playing the games you have.
