I have been having problems with my traders not being able to leave feedback. When clicking on the drop down box, they click on Request TR and get the prompt that a box will appear where they can leave feedback, but it does not appear, which means I get no TR. What gives? I now have my last 5 TRs as no feedback left. What can I do about this?

You still get the TR, you just miss out on the feedback. The problem seems to be from people using IE7 so next time have them try firefox instead.
