I tried to submit a Support ticket to tell you about the problem but everytime i hit submit nothing happens, so i just figured I should post it here

Why are my reffs showing up as used right when I submitted for my prize?? I submited for my prize to days ago right befor the site crashed, and all that happened was my reffs saying used, Why is this?? The status of the site has not even said that it was sent out for aproval. Please respond, becuase I really don't wont to loose my $599

It's because the site automatically marks refs as used when you select a prize and order it. Don't worry about losing the $599, we have your order. Smile
