I have been waiting for my PS3, or even word about when I can expect it, for ages now.

I was approved nearly a year ago.

Pardon my ignorance here, but how do I go about filing one?

I am seriously beginning to think I will never get my PS3 from them, now that Sony is dropping the 20 gig version...
