Problems getting paid from Offercentric

Has anyone had OC delay payments without explanation? OC customer support was suppose to pay me on mon. 3/26 but they didn't pay. I opened a ticket the next day and they said I would be paid that day (tues. 3/27) After not paying that day they said they would pay on thurs. 3/29. Nothing again.

Any suggestions?

Finally they have coughed up my 350 after missing 3 promised pay dates.
