i haven't done any freepay in a while... due to the fact that I had to go through hell with the last site i did with them. But, how are things with them now. Still easy offers? Do you still have to mail in an approval form? If someone could fill me in on how their sites are now, that would be great.

Yes, still mail in, still 90 day limit, still SLOW customer response time...each support ticket you place takes at least 2 weeks to answer...i sent in approval forms over 3 weeks ago and they still haven't updated the fact they got them or not

I mailed in my approval forms. About 2-3 weeks later there wasn't a response so I sent in a support ticket asking about it, stating that I sent it certified with tracking # so I knew they had it. A day or 2 later it changed saying that they received my forms and were overlooking my account. About 2 weeks later my account switched to approved, and I had to confirm some stuff, and then it switched to Order Received, Estimated Ship Date: 3/10/2007. BTW, the est ship date showed up on 2/8, so I guess they allow 30 days for shipping. I don't really expect it soon after hearing the stories, but we'll see....

Sent in my forms on the 8th, no update yet, I had to curse them out in a support ticket a minute ago and I know they'll respond to me now.
