|
|
Something like eight months ago, I completed the referral process and requested my black 60gig iPod from Freepay. I have now received a white 30 gig iPod AND a white 80gig iPod. Is this not strange? ...And awesome?
A day or two before I received my 30gig (which was a month or two ago), freepay sent me an apology email explaining that they had sent me the wrong iPod, and would email me later with instructions to send back the 30gig and receive my deserved 80gig. But now I've received the 80gig, without any contact with freepay, or any request to send back the 30gig... so it seems like I get to keep both. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm not sure... should I take my two iPods and run to Mexico before freepay chases me down? |

| If they do end up contacting you on how send the 30gb back than I think you should do it, if i'm not mistaken they send you a box with prepaid postage to send it back. If they don't than congrats? |

I strongly suggest, if they ever do follow up with any sort of contact with you, to send this automated reply:
Thank you for contacting crazycat Customer Service. We sincerely apologize for the current order delays however; we are glad to inform you that there has been an exponential increase in the volume and frequency of our orders. By this we mean that we are now shipping more products on a weekly basis. Please remain patient as we can assure you that your order will be sent to you as soon as possible. Then sit back, kick your feet up, have a Cold One and enjoy the irony. |

Keep it. Fuck'em. I got 2 monitors right before they went to this 90 day BS.
They have no legal recourse. It was sent to you and you get to keep it. |
