Actually, FiPG = FreeBSD, but close enough.
Although, OS alone has little to nothing to do with DOS vulnerability, at least directly. If you overload a poorly configured web server with connections, it goes down regardless of OS. DOS resistance depends more on server and firewall/router configurations. The server configuration you may or may not have much control of in a hosted scenario, while the router configuration you almost certainly won't have any. That's why it's advisable to use a hosting company that takes measures against such attacks at the network infrastructure level, that way they will hopefully never make it to your box in the first place. |

Working fine for me still. I'm guessing a routing or DNS issue coming from wherever you guys are.
That or thier DDoS response has blacklisted some of you.  |

To add back this up, it won't load for me if I just try to hit it normally. But if I try to hit it through my proxy site, it comes up just fine. Unfortunately, that doesn't really help much because I'm not going to log in through my proxy and risk getting banned for showing up with some strange IP. So I can only view it as a guest right now. |
