I have no official, or otherwise, connection with FreePay so I can only speculate.
However, with an order date within the last month or so, I'd imagine it'd be about 8-12 weeks... They're still working through the massive amounts of backorders. Hopefully my estimate is off and you get it within 6-8, but who knows. |

Dear Jake,
Can you tell us when people in the UK will receive their XBOXs. I have now been waiting 2 month since i went to 'processing'
Any indication of a timesclale would be much appreciated. The value of an XBOX has now dropped in the UK - i can get one for £257 now!

I don't think you contact "Him" anymore... I think you just have to submit Customer Service requests and hope it all works out for the best for you.
*shrug*
I'm just as bummed as you are about it. He was able to get things done where it seems like the rest of Customer Service just wants to push you through and give you canned responses to everything. Jake was able to actually fix problems and investigate issues personally where Customer Service seems robotic. |
