Can't signup

I tried to signup but it won't let me get past the first page.
Can we only signup for 1 hotgifts4you site or something?

You need to sign up as an existing user. The site will then ask you to enter the email and password you used on the other HotGifts4You site. After that, you can extend your account over to the new site.
