Well, look at the ratings -- four people have rated them 0.1, 0.1, 0.5, 1.0. That's enough to bring them down. It's possible those ratings are from an earlier time when they were perhaps less reliable.

There will be some changes forthcoming that will possibly help keep ratings more current. Yeah, I've been saying that for awhile and it's still true, I just don't have a lot of time lately to work on it.
