You should really increase the amount of the raffle to attract more people. Most won't be convinced if they see $10 or $15 that they licouldli possible only win when one can just get paid about $25 to be a referral for someone.

I dont understand why someone would do two offers /..when if you think about it that like giving you 80 bucks and 80 times 10 is 800...I believe you should make it a little more worthwhile

2 offers don't give me 80 bucks, if it did i wouldn't have a raffle for $500 those regular offers that I have listed go on regular sites that require you to do 2 of them for 40 per/ref but here you sign up and its $50 dollars.
