How sweet it is, I left my iPod unopened, and went to the apple store, exchanged it for a 30gb ipod photo and just paid the difference. After an education discount, that was a mere $20. I got no hassle from the store either!
Long story short, 5 referrals, $20 later, I have a 30gb iPod photo.
