Same, bought Halo 2, Spider-Man 2, X-Men Legends, and Fable (all for XBOX). Also bought a Controller S (Green). Ended up paying a $21 difference.

Only use JPG for photos. Use GIF for mostly everything else. Like your sig. It probably has 5 colors and it's really simple. It should be a GIF. And JPG compression is ugly for any text. P

It's not that bad. You don't see too much distortion of the text in my sig.

depends, too, on if you're using a prog like photoshop or if you're just using paint, which compresses files to jpeg with the biggest compression possible, which drastically increases the pixelation of text. photoshop on medium quality (6) looks pretty decent most of the time.
