Lol, no thanks for the PayPal. I'm not like that.
Really, there isn't much that I do. I just respect all my traders to the fullest extent, use proper English while communicating, not slang or anything like that. Show a guide to crediting to the noobs, but still I have many users stuck at 1/2 credit, unfortunately OGF doesn't pay for those.
Communication is very important in this trading business, I tend to PM all the user in my trading module asking them to update me on the trade, weekly.
My TR is the thing that attracts more users to me and I take advantage of it )
