We use PayPal's Mass Pay service. We pay the fee (which is just $1) and it doesn't matter what type of account the recipient has -- they don't pay any fees.

Thanks all .......... Now Why don't all of you who have "NOT" done 123 sites because of the lower payout give them a shot .... just do what I did ... $500 for 13 refs isn't that bad....... better then $250 for 7 ;P
Not to mention you'll have a pretty smooth journey!

That's like getting $540 on another site with paypal fees for 13 refs
