Yeah you can do it as many times as you want. Each time you cashout, you're set back to 0 offers completed, no referral offers completed, so you can do another offer again and get however many refs you want.

I needed the money and both of those cashouts were a month apart.
I was approved for $275 a couple of nights ago but don't have it yet, but I think next time I'm just going to accumulate refs and see how many points I can get before hitting a brick wall.
