MacBook Pro from Nuitech

My first freebie...a shiny new MBP (1.83 GHz) from Nuitech. D

This is from the toy-offer site that I started in mid May for the PowerBook. Nuitech originally sent me the lowest priced 1.83GHz, 13in. MacBook. Since even a refurbed version of the PB that they offered on the site sells at Apple.com for about $500 more than the MB they sent me, I decided to give CS a call.

Boy am I glad I did. The CS rep first told me that it was within their terms to replace my gift but I was very politely insistant and finally got to speak to someone in fulfillment who checked into it. Sure enough, she called me the next day and told me that they had sent the wrong laptop. FedEx came and picked up the MB and now here I sit, typing on my MBP.




I couldn't resist taking a pic the the glowing keyboard. This is my first Mac and the OS is surpisingly easy to navigate.

how long from fufillment in progress which I got today. Till they email you with email saying its shipped, then how long from email till you get the laptop? I did the computer-offer one .

Very nice, Damn I need to do one of those Nuitech sites... But 18 offers is ouch.

I called them on the 30th day and they told me the PowerBook was on back order. The next day I got an email confirming the back order but the ups man delivered the MB a couple of hours later. I never got a shipment email.

This is from the toy-offer site though and IIRC, people posted getting the MBP from the computer-offer site much faster.

Go for the 2k cash cards instead.
18 offers isn't harsh for that. Do a few of those a month and you got nice income )
