Nice.

Although I don't see why the took up all the space on either side of the keyboard with those speakers whe they could've shoved a numberpad in there. shrug

They fixed that with the MB. Now the speakers are on the, uh, the back of the laptop.

Does that say its the 1.83ghz?

I thought after the MB were introduced, the MBPs were upgraded to 2.0. Maybe they are still shipping the old ones?

18 offers. I already checked. I can do it all for the same amount of money as this last one cost. Nothing big.

Wolfeman

07-06-2006 19:36:40

18 isn't impossible at all...

Actually, that last page isn't too bad. 9 offers and I would have expectd a couple required CC's, but there's 14 offers listed and only 2 are CC's. The only trouble is I've probably done most of the offers already.

no since I havent done any cc's. Many people have done an offer more than once. Most should be new since theyve updated quite a few new offers.

ccs??? credit cards?

You dont have to sign up for credit cards.

Are you saying Nuitech allows you to do offers you've already done elsewhere?

Clarified It's still NOT a good idea to dupe.

JUNIOR6886

Repeating offers is a horrible idea. Nuitech has been seriously cracking the whip and they are looking for just about any excuse to DQ people.
someone on another forum actually did 18 offers for a 2k check and got DQed for multiple offer completions.... trust me its not worth it (

nah its true.. dont do multiple offers.. bad idea

dmorris68

08-06-2006 06:52:04

I agree it's generally a bad idea to dupe. I only asked about it because I got the impression here that Nuitech was actually condoning it.

Disregard.

UniPrize Media

08-06-2006 09:15:57

Its a bad idea but this is what the freebie scene has come down to. It's all about getting what you want in any way you can these days. It's not going to stop until the advertisers say it is enough and pull out.

if i signed up for an offer i previously canceled will i be DQ?

No you won't. I actually heard from one of the members on this forum that the Nui Tech rep encouraged that when he was talking to her on the phone.

Wolfeman

08-06-2006 12:13:25

ulenie is misinformed. Support people are 90% retarded so I wouldn't trust them either. If you've already done it, there isn't much you can do. I'd STRONGLY suggest people not repeat offers because Nuitech is getting a lot stricter in their policies...

dang looks like I cant get much for this $2000 laptop since theres companies selling them for 1600 bucks.
Now Im tempted to try to return it to the local apple store for $2000 gift card or refund. Anyone tried?

What are you talking about??? How is that sentence a counter to what I said on scam.com? I used to be very strongly against it but as I became more involved in the freebie scene I have realized what the freebie scene has come down to.
