if u sign up under someone, your offer becomes only for credit and then u can do offers for certain payouts one each one. if you dont sign up under someone = any offer will give payout including ur first one. Usually ppl pay about the same or even more than u wud get if u were to do a offer under no one. Btw you get $40 for every ref you get.
