$2000 from ConsumerSavingCenter (I-Deal)

Well I just received a check in the amount of $2000 from I-Deal Direct Interactive, Inc. for completing the site ConsumerSavingCenter.com. I didn't get the Plasma HDTV as expected, but I'm still happy and I'd still say this proves, to some extent, the legitimacy of I-Deal. A lot of people will probably be receiving a similar letter in the mail soon, so I'd say it'd be a good idea to just use this as the Official CSC Brag thread.

That's strange, because Trish responded to every one of my e-mails -- within minutes, usually. I think our Gmail conversation is like 12 or 14 posts over a couple days.

Congrats. $2000 ain't bad at all ) I hope I get the same thing in 2 weeks. Like I said in the other thread, I'll never use this money for a TV which is kinda a bummer...

I did not get any flags or Trish messages. I assume, and hope, that those of you who did will get it cleared up and receive your check with just a delay.

I know exactly how you feel Wolfe. I'm pissed that I now have a tough decision to make on what to do with the money. The smart, sensible thing of saving it and using it on bills, or the fun, spontaneous thing of buying the TV I was expecting to get anyway.

Look at it this way though, when you get your check you COULD get a nice TV and pretend you just got the free TV directly. If you don't do that, you're doing what is better in your mind, so you're really making out better with the money right? I know, doesn't work... I tried.

The thing I can't believe is, I spent over a YEAR and a lot of headaches and a lot of money, and a lot of fat pills to get $1050 from Notebooks4Free. And that was one hell of an accomplishment and one of the biggest freebies at the time. Now I spent about an hour and 8 easy offers to get $2000 from I-Deal and it's like "cool... mark me down with all the others that have made a couple thou from DIY." We caught a brief period where the bar was really raised for freebies (I say brief because it's already dropping rapidly as the reqs increase). Anyway...

I'm going to save the money when I get it cause I need it and when I need a TV I'll find a good deal and finance it )
