Thats my new baby, sitting in my room D Gonna look great in my dorm next year! It is an LG 42" Plasma, I thought it was ED, but i really dont' know, it says "HDMI" on it, which I have no clue what that means... It is a great TV for me. The place they bought it sells it for $2200 shipped, not bad for my $20 I put into it D. It came from EveryFreeGift. Can someone tell me what HDMI means?

This brings my DIY total up to $7,200, plus about $1,000 from Referal sites. Still have between 5K and 10K left, Thanks to anyone who helped alon the way D

HDMI is a digital connection for hi-definition video and audio, and is the highest quality connection available for HD at the moment. It's basically a DVI connection + optional audio. You can get DVI<->HDMI converters/cables if you have a DVI device or computer that want to hook up to it.

I'd be surprised to see HDMI on an EDTV, so I'm betting it's an HDTV. What LG model is it?

The college i'm going to has cameras in the hallways, like 1 for every 3 doors or so, they monitor them to make sure people aren't doin gstuff they shouldnt' be in the hallways... and they also have them on the outside to make sure no one is using the windows as doors... My brother went there and said it is pretty safe...

Well, the stand it is on has a top of 42" The tv I think is 45" Accross... I'm not sure how tall it is, it is 4" deep without the stand, but the stand is like 10" wide... its a very nice TV, if you want me to take a Pic w/ anything special in it, I can do that )

From the look of it you havnt even tried out the LG's ATSC tuner
plug in your atenna (next to the cable)
You can get a bunch of free channels and you can see most of your local channels in HD D

Yeah, also try to see if it has QAM which allows you to pick up your local cables unencrypted HD channels. Usually these are the local ones, like nbc, abc, cbs and fox.

I got to go over to his house today to look at it, and the pics dont even come close to doing it justice! I walked in and he was on his DIY sony vaio looking at FIPG and watching the game on his DIY 42" plasma and I also almost tripped over one of his DIY ibooks still in the box that he doesnt know what to do with and I also saw his certs for the bigwin powerbook, i have to admit im a little jealous considering I have only got 1 500 dollar gift card and a ibook that will be here this week and my other ibook from GC should changed to approved in a few days and same with my ideal plasma(hopefully). Congrats Tjwor and i cant wait for spring break in KC on monday, we are gunna be sober! wink

1. When is it your place to accuse me of doing something wrong?
2. I was born July 1st 1987, that means i'm 18 years old, that means I am old enough to join EFG
3. Stay the fuck out of my business, I havn't scammed anyone, and I havn't cheated any site, if anything I have helped them out, the accounts I did offers in the wrong way on, I didn't claim the gift, so they got more money.

You have brought up stuff about me cheating or scamming several times, and I havn't done either, I have done everything by the book on accounts I have tried to get gifts from, the others that I was going to scam on aren't being used, so that is dead money to YFDirect... There are much worse peopel out there, doing tons of gifts from the same sites for themselves through family members, I have not done that, go try to pick on someone who has done something wrong...

hahaha. All the furniture from common areas got stolen within the first week to pimp out peoples' rooms -)

It was actually pretty ridiculous. Boy did we have a good time -)

didn't have to send any, I was first on the list to get a plasma when they called offering 1K checks...
