I got 8 referals
I ordered...

Now I know I shouldn't bitch because it was free..BLAH BLAH BLAH...but I did have to get three extra referals and I got something that cost only 5. I submited a support ticket. Lets see what happens.

UPDATE I got this message in return.


"I sincerely apologize for the error. If you would like you may ship the item back (at no cost to yourself) and we can setup an exchange for the item you ordered or, as you requested, we can provide you the difference in value for the item.

The difference on that item would be $100 dollars and we would be willing to issue a check or paypal payment in the amount immediately to compensate you for the difference in value.

I figure that this 17" aint that bad at all so I will be taking the $100 check. No big deal. Trainn you are the best, and I love you guys.

If I had known they sent me the wrong size I wouldnt have opened the box and installed it...

Its not like I was expecting the 17"...

Seriously though, the shipping receipt says explicitly what's in the box, and in my experience that's always been on the outside of the box. Next time, you'll know I guess.

that's kinda bad coz i'm about to put in an order for 19" LG from them... congrats i guess.

I hate to blame the victim, but you have it opened and you're using it (plugged it in).... You may not get anything else... I hope it works out.....
