OK, I just realized what the best freebie ever is. Job interviewing. In the past 2 months I have made close to $1000 interviewing. These high-profile companies pay 50 cents a mile (which is A LOT) when you drive 600-1000 miles a trip, and my car gets 40 miles to the gallon. They take you out to sweet restaraunts with 35.00 steak dinners, give you 40-60 a day besides dinner for meals, and put you up in ritzy hotels. I mean, come on this is a sweet freebie; plus I get to miss classes ;-) Moral of the story, kids, go to school!

Shhh.... Don't tell the LA students that. So far I've only see this the case for Engineering and CS. Elementary Education students (at my school atleast) have to pay for all their own everything.

So far I'm at $1000> for interviews. Plus you can eat like a king on your own. I usually order breakfast at the hotel and expense it.

I'm a ChE and so is my sister. We've both been through the whole freebie-interview thing and it's great. One major power company flew my sister out, paid for all the meals, nice hotel, and even sent her home with an offer and a big gift basket to think about it. The gift basket had some pretty nice stuff in it.

You have to love two sentence fragments, that, combined, could form a grammatically correct sentence criticizing someone else's sentence structure.

Two sentence fragments that make sense. True it wasn't a proper grammatical sentence, but it was propper 'thought process' sentence.

'am I a dumbass or something and this is a pthetic that I actually believe'

I've said it outloud to myself 10 times and I'm still coming short a noun.
