I don't feel like offering any long stories, I'll just say that I had a good day in the free gift department.

Today I woke up promptly at 535 pm and stumbled into the living room to survey the "Electronics Store" for any new gifts, and yes, there were three. (it must be noted that i have so much crap in the living room it is insane, but I grinned at the new boxes, and then realized I had to use the bathroom. yep, you're welcome)

Coming back in to look closer at the new boxes (because there's like 20 in the room already) I see a large flat box on the floor, which elicited a groan.. yet ANOTHER iBook. Now I know it seems gross to complain about any free electronic item, much less an awesome laptop, but dude I have so freaking many iBooks I just want to scream. Right now in my living room I have four, count em, FOUR Ibooks. Why? Because Paypal is shit and I can't sell them on fleabay. So I was totally robbed of the joy of yet another addition to iBook land. Still I chose this from Notebooks.thefreeproject.com, and the fact is they ordered it from Apple.com and its all spiffy and saucy and yes I'm going to trade it in for a powerbook. The point is that this site rocks, the CSRs were very nice to me, despite changing my gift from paypal to the ibook a few days ago. Love love love them. Long live TheFreeProject.com.

Second box.. small, smells like the Video Ipod I'd been waiting on from Ipods.theFreeProject.com ok.. Now.. I do have a few ipods, but there's something about free ones just sounding better... I dunno.. I opened the package and.. wait.. why is there no plastic on the Ipod box? Wait, why does this ipod box look like its been through hell? It looks like someone opened the plastic with a box cutter and cut all through the box. And the box is all scratched to hell...yeah.. I open the ipod, and it's been engraved "TheFreeProject.com" but it's not apple's work, as the engraving is very thin and not as special. Eh... It'll rain in hell before I order anything from PCMall.com, thats all I'm saying.

Third box, ok, I cheated and I knew this was coming, 60gb White Video Ipod from my favorite DIY site IncentiveRewardCenter. Yes! Yes! Now that I have 3 video Ipods, and two have been opened and one's been beat to hell, (thanks PCMall, you bastards!) I can't open this one.. but ooh, I want to. I'm trying to explain to myself that I can't open this ipod since it's worth 400 bux, and the devil on my shoulder is reminding me that it only cost me 18 dollars in offers... but in the end, you'll be thrilled to know that the ipod is still in its plastic.. haunting me with its smoldering looks.. beckoning to me... open me.. open me...

I fear I cannot refuse its advances for much longer....

Hehe, i know your temptation, i have a wrapped nano sitting on my desk, but i love the nano i bought (engraved) and have no real incentive to open it.

Don't think I ain't trying.. I just have to be careful not to link the new paypal to me because if those froze my account with like, 5 or 6 grand in it, people would have to die.

I have 4 iBooks, 4 Ipods, 4 Xboxes, 4 Nintendo Dses, 1 ps2... so much other crap you couldn't believe..

Google wallet cannot get here fast enough...

Um, I did all my ibooks when they were still 6 offers, but this last one came from theFreeproject, so yeah... but DIY is still king. but TFP rocks.

I don't work, I just buy and sell stuff online and make more money than most people I know. then I funnel those profits into freebie offers and I'm doing quite well, thanks.
