I got a letter today, so i just tore it open not expecting it to be anything past junk mail. Turns out it was a $250 from trainn's flatscreen!
I ripped like the check 2/3 down the smaller side.... while opening the envelope. Hope it won't effect the depositing procedures =]

Oh man that sucks. I have no idea whether it will have any effect on being able to deposit it or not. That's funny how you just rip open your mail.

It'll be fine. As long as the bank can see the routing and account numbers at the bottom and the amount of the check, you won't have a problem. Just tape it back together.

Well, I don't rip open my mail any way I can, I just rip open the top seal. I need an evenlope opener...
Yea, I hope that doesn't happen when I get my 800$ check from IRC...I'm so used to getting those fake prinout checks saying you've won a million dollars lol.
