Total time to complete offer / send in voucher / receive gift was maybe 5 weeks.
Not bad! I did the blockbuster offer. Too bad now they change the requirements to 3 offers instead of one.

I got mine last week from GetSpecialGifts.com and Im doing the one for some other company for the $150 dollar one for 3 offers. NationalBrandSurvey I think it was called.. Ive been approved it says pending shipment..
