Finally got my PSP from freepay!! but.............. :(

I was happy enough that when i was leaving my house to go shopping, a DHL truck zoomed right pass me. Then i was able to get the package and put it back in my house.

When i got back home, i opened the package. I got the tshirt and the pen, no clock (

The PSP box i'm sure was opened, the tape was cut on the PSP box and it might have been a return or refurbished PSP. So i turned it on and tested some of the buttons out. What do you know... the buttons all seem to be stuck and makes a very noticeable crushing sound each time a button is pressed, my other PSP was nothing like this. All the buttons are like non responsive or you have to press hard. The screen was also a bit scratched on the right side......... x I was expecting/hoping this was new.... but..... maybe because its "free", they have the right to give you a used/refurbished one. The inside packaging all seemed to be opened and retaped. One good thing though...... no dead pixels.....

I'm happy, yet i'm not in a way.....

Wow.... That sucks. They can ship you refurbished stuff. I remember reading that in the TOS. But that's terrible. And you didn't even get a clock. (

That's horrible, I didn't get mine today... maybe monday or even later today. O yeah im also STV.

Thats not good. What was the point of getting referrals for a refurbished item? You should contact them. I hope when I get my ds I dont get a refurbished one.

I wouldn't count on getting anything refurbished. That's a really slim chance I think. They try to buy most of their stuff new.

i wouldn't think so either..... i had a brand new video ipod from them, a brand new nintendo ds from them as well. This is my first "used/refurbished" item from a freebie site.... cry

I'm pretty much done with the Premium iPod site. I'd be pissed if it was openned or anything. I'm gonna sell the thing when I get it and I want it to be in good condition.

I would definitely contact FreePay.

If my iBook is used, I will be extremely upset.

I'd talk to them. I would never be happy with it if the buttons were all stuck.

The customer is (almost) always right, and how would you know if it was in the condition it was unless you opened it?

ive got a feeling a postal worker traded his with yours... even with a refurbished the seal wouldnt have been cut

Hmm I thought that refurbished items looked just like new ones. Don't they package it and reseal it?

MY PSP IS MADE IN CHINA!!!

I just noticed another thing about the PSP, the battery fits very loosely in its compartment... which is... ok, but the other PSP i had, it was nice and tug. But when i looked at the system specs in the battery compartment, it says "Made In China"

my other PSP, which was given to my brother, was "Made In Japan". I am now guessing that the PSPs are now made in china and quality control might be... umm....... not there at all.......

mine says the system is made in china on its box. i couldnt get the battery out to see wat it actually says on it. mine was new and works fine tho
