Hey, what did you have to do to get store credit? I asked an employee walking around at the apple store and he told me he cant give me store credit. I was pissed, is there any secret words or any advice you can give me? Thanks.
Edit Grrrr, I just called my local apple store andt hey said "The unit must have a receipt" This pisses me off so much now.

I told them i got it as a gift and i wanted something better. He said do you want a power book? I said im not sure. I said can i get a gift card for now? he said do you have a receipt? I said no it was a gift and he said ok and gave me a gift card. Iv done this with ipods before too.

That's sweet, maybe I can resist the temptation to open my iBook from FreePay and hopefully finish up my IRC site for a Mac Mini, drive to Indy and return one, have my mom or dad return the other, then buy a Powerbook.
