That's awesome. I may want to do that site soon. Time to change the ol' sig so that the psp is received. I can't wait until finals over over as well, including papers as well.

[quote5883a6a5e7="compuguru"]Congrats! How long did it take you to finish the site?[/quote5883a6a5e7]

from the time i decided that it was a site i was going to complete, id say about a month. not bad )

i really knew almost nothing about the thing haha. ive been playing with it for about an hour now,ITS AWESOME!!!! i did not know it had internet. well i told my coworker i got it and she said she could register me for the wireless at school (we work for resnet) and i was like oh it has wireless? but she said only for games when really its not D

so heres a question for u all. my router uses WEP authentication but damned if i cant connect to it. ive tried putting the key in with capital letters, and with lowercase letters. it always ends with "connection failed" so finally i just went on my neighbors unsecured wireless. any ideas of how to set up the WEP on the PSP? id really like to use mine cuz i get a way better signal and its higher speed (

also the browser kept saying "there is not enough memory" when loading some pages....what does that mean exactly?

update i added my PSP's MAC addy to the list of allowed ones in my router and now it gets to teh step of trying to obtain an IP, but it times out and can't get one (

update again it is now connecting to my router. who knows why haha. its in my mac addy allow list and has a WEP key on it. only worked after i deleted it from the PSP and put it back in all over again.

new question tho, i cant get the remote control to work (

i have my router without protection, so it works without a problem. Though, there should be a spot in the network setup to add your WEP authentication numbers though.

The PSP comes with 32mb of ram, so.... sites with too many graphics will result in that message.

Is your remote on the "hold" position?

im almost there for mine.. as far as the wireless, I hear you can't have WEP on

if u cant have WEP on then they shouldnt have a space to enter in the code haha

remote didnt have hold on, but it magically works now so all is well )

just cant figure out where the video should be stored on the memory stick now. the manual said where to put the music and photos, but nothing about where to put the video. i tried putting it in the top level, then in the psp folder, then in a video folder. it just keeps saying no video ( and its MP4 so it should be compatible (

its a specially weirdly named folder, each video in it MUST be a string of numbers, but use this program to put your video in your psp. its free. It will name your folder AND name the files for you all automatically

Edit

x\MP_ROOT\100MNV01
or
x\MP_ROOT\100ANV01

Depends which video you're putting in
