Be sure to check it's not a lemon.

Mine was a lemon. I sent it back to Cyberpower 3 weeks ago to fix it. Haven't heard anything back.

Hope they send it back!

I'm going to get this one also whenever I get my last 2 yellows to green.

Is it working OK? No loose parts or problems?

Congrats btw. D

It is working fine.... no loose part and everything.
Except, they forgot to put half life 2 CDs on it (according to invoice they should give me that).
It really really has a cool case. On ebay the case itself cost about 69 dollar + shipping 30 dollar.

Expect a HUGE and HEAVY box delivered to your house if you order this.

Does it have USB ports, headphone inputs etc in the front, or are they all in the back?

The problem with my Cyberpower was that while I was working on the computer, it would just BSOD every like 15-20 mins of using it. Between that apps would randomly crash and all that.

I called their Tech-Support like a gazillion times and each time they told me to different things and none of it helped. It was always the same guy who answered. So, thier tech support is prob. 1 guy.

First made me write out the BSOD error codes. Next reinstalled the video drivers. Next, ran memory tests which it passed. Next pulled out all sorts of shit, reinstalled windows - nothing would help. It would keep BSODing.

So, it might have been the motherboard. There is no way to check for a bad motherboard.

So, I guess my advice would be boot it up and use it for a little while and see if it BSODs or apps crash like crazy. That would let you know if it's a lemon mobo.

I've been without my computer for like 3 weeks now. Now, I feel I should have just gotten a Dell since their warranty service is really good.

Front
They are only 2 USB ports in the front and 1 firewire port. And 1 potentiometer and small LCD display.... I still dont what that use for... CPU temperature control maybe?

I thought the only cyberpower product that has problem is only cyberpower blade not xplorer.

I think I should check it first then and see how it runs. The warranty is still nicer than dell though... 3 years warranty instead of 1 year from dell usually; except for customer support of course.
I know Dell technical support is very good.

Not to start a war, but the Dell tech guys were always horrendous to me... maybe they've changed recently, but a few (maybe 5) years ago, my mom decided to upgrade from her Pentium MMX 75mhz with speedstep technology and 32mb ram.
She bought a dell, a pentium 4 2.1ghz with 256mb ram and a huge 40gb hard drive, for about $3000
She paid online, and waited. It took 9 weeks (over 2 months) for it to arive, and we called them probably 25 times in that span (because she paid for 3 day shipping)
When it finally arrived, it had a bunch of problems; so again we were forced to call Dell's "technical service"
They didn't do shit. End of story, I had to replace the ram from some crap ass third party manufacturer that makes that special Dell ram

alot of the times you will get bsod is the memeory is seated correctly or thecpu cooler isnt doing what it should, but im guess the tech guy told you to check that out and it still did it

Dell's been really good to me. I just got a Inspiron 9300 for college and it had driver conflicts/fatal errors (I forgot to update drivers) and they were really helpful. Apparently Limewire was the problem. Of course the waiting time to reach the tech help (really long at times) but they've been worth waiting.
