Watch out, you might not have dead pixels now, but within the first month (or even longer than that), pixels can go dead.

i dont see y it is a big deal if 1 or 2 pixels are dead there are hundreds of thousands probabaly millions of pixesl on the screeen. but than again if you go pay 250$ for a psp you want it to be perfect. i would take a psp for free even if it had dead pixels.

130,560 pixels to be exact....not a million or hundred[b26cdcf8cc9]s[/b26cdcf8cc9] of thousands, but you are right. With the price of these things, it shouldn't have to be tolerated; 1 or 2 dead pixels is acceptable, but upwards of 10 (I've seen someone with over 20) is unacceptable, no matter what you paid ($250 retail, $350 on eBay when they were sold out everywhere, or in most cases on this forum, free).

also, a lot of times you wont see them until you look at it EXTREMELY close, one pixel out of thousands is not very much so dont expect a huge blob, but it may pop out later if you look extremely closely.

I had a dead pixel on my age old game gear before... it was noticable because you hold up these handheld devices pretty close to your faces.

dead pixels are usually very noticeable. They are usually black, red, or even green. So yeah, they can be VERY noticeable.

dead pixels are horrible, i had them on a hp laptop brand new, i took it straight back to the shop and got another one. It had hundreds of dead pixels which showed as white.
