I am happy to say that my freehandbag has shipped I was proccessing 3 weeks it never went STV and I just received an email telling me that my Freehandbag has shipped. Thank you lord. I had originally wanted the christian dior handbag because it's really cute but gratis took so much time to approve me that they ran out and I had to pick the burberry handbag either way I still get a really nice bag for free.

After the 3 weeks I just sent them two polite emails saying that i've been proccessing for like 3 weeks and that I wanted to know what the hold was becase their site said it would only take 7-10 business days

My issue is about an order I placed.
I want to know when I will receive my product.
I want to know something about the product that I have ordered.
Can I get a tracking number for my order.
My order was shipped over 15 days ago, and I still have not received it.
My order status still says “Sent To Vendor”.
which one of those?

Goto track by reference
Use your Order number as the reference #.
This should show you whats up.
