what happened is i signed up forever long ago for the Durabrand in-car DVD player and I was going to sell it on ebay after I got it for like 200 bucks... but it was taking foreverrrr so i finally sent them a note and they appologized and said the demand for those was high (probably because it was the most expensive item on their site... 2 offers and a 270 dollar item? not bad) so they said they should be shipping in the next couple weeks...
i went to my mailbox and found a check with a note saying it was instead of the dvd player... can't complain!
as far as the offers they have, not sure... i started it awhile back and i can't remember any of them... (i've done so many different offers who knows)

Yeah I have heard that they like to not give credit even though it is beyond obvious that you actually did the offers.
