>> Referrals must have all of their offer credits during the promo, in order for them to earn you bonus cash (in other words, if they're from two months ago, they won't earn you bonus cash).
>> The bonuses are per-order. So if you cash out with 5 referrals, twice this month, you would receive the level 2 bonus on both orders ($45/$87), but if you cashed out one time with 10 referrals, that puts you in the third tier, earning you $47/$90 per referral.
