Hi all,
Because of a high rate of growth the site is experiencing, I am introducing a new shipment policy that is more manageable for me. This policy ONLY applies to gifts valued at $480 or more, eg 12 or more referrals, or 4800 or more Points.
Instead of the usual ship-them-as-they-come policy, I will be using set payout dates, the way many other sites do.
- Orders placed between the 1st and the 17th of the month will be approved and filled on the 20th.
- Orders placed between the 18th and the 24st of the month will be approved and filled on the 27rd.
- Orders placed between the 25nd and the last day of the month will be approved and filled on the 3nd of the following month.
This gives an average period of 6 days (ok, 6.1...) for high-value orders to be approved and filled.
All orders valued at less than $480 will continue to see the typical 2-3 day turnaround.
Any comments on the new policy are welcome.
Oh, and i should have a major announcement soon. hopefully, in time for the 1st of next month.
