I do realize this. I believe our publishers are talking with FOXEYARD to see if they can open this up to the USA. In the mean time, Canadians are still welcome to try it.

so i do this offer and spend the $100 and you turn around and give me $200? And how soon till i get my $200 cash back? And does this still count as my personal offer if i get the $200 back?

Nope. You can do one of the following
2 greens + $100.(This can count as your personal offer and one less referral or two less referrals)
1 green + $150. (This can count as your personal offer or one less referral)
0 greens + $200.
Payment for this will be given on the 16th of April for those who complete it in March.
