We will be allowing custom orders on all sites. Just open a support ticket with the gift you want. We will be adding a new custom order gift selection on our sites to reflect this.
You may substitute paypal for any gift once, by opening a support ticket when ordering. If you would like to substitute paypal for multiple sites, you must complete and receive a physical gift from us first. The reason we do this is to confirm your shipping address for writing off tax, and to prevent fraud.
The money order/check option will ALWAYS be available to substitute for gifts anytime.
There will be a paypal site added to our network in the near future.

3 Referrals - $100
5 Referrals - $200
7 Referrals - $300
9 Referrals - $400
11 Referrals - $500
