I would like to see a portal link on the main page of every site too. So you can easily go see the other sites the network has to offer.

Ticket system is simple to fill out. I would like it posted somewhere exactly what's meant by "the appropriate amount of time" before opening a credit ticket. I find some of my refs asking me for that info. Mainly on 'Instant' offers.
Example
(Instantly - waited a minimum of 1 hour.)
(Within 1-12 hours - waited a minimum of 13 hours) etc.


I'd also like to see a small blurb in the offers area that briefly explains how to get 1 Full credit. (Pet peev of my NooB referrals)

HI!!! I guess I have comments and questions!

For starters...who are you! =P You've been around since 05 so we grew up together =P. Why did you decide to make a site? How is your start up capital? Tell us a little about yourself.

Now...I LOVE the idea of a his and hers site, very original!! I've never seen one before. I do have to say that I like your wii site the best, I myself owning a wii can take advantage of the games offered on there and the ACCESSORIES, very nice site. Suggestion...Make your backgrounds all the same gradient, the main page needs a lot of work in my opinion. You have Black background (ack) and orange text and white text, that needs to change. Plus an ideal web surfer wants NO scrolling...Try and condense that main page down...It makes me not want to read it because it feels so dragged out. And the purple text in the links looks horrible next to the orange...Stick with the wii site design..very easy on the eyes..I like it a lot.

I'm trying to help and contribue as I spent awhile going through your sites. Take my ideas with a grain of salt, I'm just throwing them out there. Over all I have a will to join your sites, they look pretty (wii site), I'll def be doing your wii site for some games.

Also, I will be taking manual requests for credit 10 days after the stated time. This is the minimum time my publisher's allow me to request manual credit. I will create a rules page in this forum in the near future.

I will be allowing the 1/2 Refs combining in a future promotion. So keep an eye out for it.

Thanks for your comments. I really do appreciate your constructive critism. I am in the process of adding gradient backgrounds to all the sites. I will also work on condensing the main page and finding a new color scheme that is easy on the eyes.

Great looking new sites.

I enjoy the colors and setup of the sites. Very eye-friendly and user friendly. Also, GiftOrb was very supportive when I spoke with him on AIM. Answered my questions very quickly and pointed me in the direction of this promotion.

Would like to see a PS3 site in the future. (If you're trying to keep under $600 per site, maybe offer games and accessories like within the Wii site) Enjoy the his/her sites. Maybe include an IPOD site also?

I like how your site ties in with an actual product ( glowing orb ). And also the uniqueness of some of your sites. Definately better than the standard prizes.
The colors are pleasant to look at as well. Definately keep up the great work and look forward to new exciting sites ( not just same old ipod/ps3/xbox type sites)

I would recommend you try and find some more of the $1 offers to put up on the site. Users love them because they are cheap and credit well. I think it would really attract a lot of users to the site, and of course, it would make it much easier for current users to finish -)

Wow, interesting new site. I'm glad you posted in my particular Help! thread because otherwise I wouldn't have accidentally stumbled upon your sites. When I was first looking at it, I was wondering why I hadn't seen your site around before and then I looked into it more and realized it just was released yesterday P Now as for my comments...

I personally think the blue layout is great, especially on the home page with the FAQ, News, Company, etc. tabs. Also offer selection is nice too though it never hurts to add more $1 offers if possible. As for the wii site in particular, maybe a reward option for the nunchuck+remote could be added as another incentive. I know that at least in my area, lots of people are still looking for those in particular.

I just wanted to add that after talking to the owner of Giftorbs, I would definitely encourage everyone to give the site a try. He's very friendly and seems like a great guy ^^ The customer support is also great )! My two support tickets were answered in less than an hour P

Giftorb is a superb site. A few recommendations

1) You should allow multiple orders on your sites. Many customers who have positive experiences will want to return and re-do your sites. ;-)

2) You should allow combination of credits--for example, if a referral gets 1/2 credit and another referral does the same, the user should be allowed to combine those two 1/2 credits to make a full green. Many a time I've been screwed over by refs who just complete 1/2 a credit and then leave me high and dry.

I would like to suggest that an email be sent when a new refferal signs up, and when there is a support ticket reply. Also I already let you know that the button that is supposed to light up when you get a support ticket reply doesn't light up, and I believe you fixed it!

I already get those, are you sure they are not in your spam folder. I would love to get emails when my referrals receive credit though, many times I am away from my PC but on another PC and I dont want to check the site because of not being my home PC so I usually wait til I get home. This way an email with notification of credit for a referral would save me the time of checking. )
