Does the GiftMonster network allow for the switching of referrers a-la-GiftMonkey? ie Could someone have their account moved under someone else's account on another GiftMonster site?

If you haven't done any offers, yes we can do that. If you have, we most likely won't allow it unless you've got a really good excuse.
