Does it matter what time you do "Instant" offers?

I did 2 instant offers on zpt last night and neither of them registered (the clicks went through according to the click history, just no credit). My concern is that the girls gone wild offer didn't send a confirmation email after the order, they just gave me an order number and a standard invoice to print.

Anyone experience this before?

Did they charge your credit card? Did you check your spam folder for the confirmation email? Sorry for the delay in response, I thought I responded to this a while ago. Open a support ticket and we will see what we can do.
