Is the site down right now? I keep getting this error..even tried clearing my cookies and that didn't work either.

Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at www.zeropricetags.com.

li Check the address for typing errors such as
ww.example.com instead of
www.example.com

li If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

li If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Still not working here so I checked several web based nslookup tools and your name resolution records for your domain are expiring / falling off the Internet.

Our domain is expiring?

Creation date 14 Jan 2007 065310
Expiration date 14 Jan 2008 065310

Fixed the errors, everything is good.

I've had these same problems from the very first day I ever tried to access the ZPT sites. I would estimate that about 10 percent of the time I try, I am actually able to get a site to load (sometimes from a referral link I've been provided, sometimes through a sort of backdoor version of the URL, like www.zeropricetags.com/cash instead of http//cash.zeropricetags.com ).

I've spent hours on the phone with my ISP and with Linksys tech support (since my ISP assumed it must be a problem with my wireless setup). The problem exists on every computer in my house, whether it's a PC or a Mac. I even took a laptop down to a local coffee shop to try to access the sites via their wireless network ... with no luck.

It's to the point now where the ZPT admins don't even reply to my messages anymore. Hopefully I can someday complete the trades I've agreed to and be done with these sites. Too bad, because they look to have some great payouts and great offers, and everybody else seems very happy with them.

What do you mean we do not reply to your messages? What ISP do you have? Some ISPs have had problems with us for some reason.

Unfortunately, you have not contacted me with these problems. I'd be happy to help.

Also, I'd like to add we are adding a new script and design so there shouldn't be any problems unless it's something to do the DNS in your area/ISP.

Please let us know the exact time (as close as possible)
along with
ISP
Firewalled or not

This will help us track down the exact root cause of the problem. The more information you can give, the better.

Uh, actually, there's a PM to you in my Outbox that has apparently gone unread since I sent it on July 20. I've forwarded it to TryinToGetPaid via PM. Also, you and I exchanged [i37e4bdb3cb]several [/i37e4bdb3cb]PMs on this matter in the two weeks prior to that date. I believe I have saved them all.

The latest occurence has been [u37e4bdb3cb]all day long today [/u37e4bdb3cb]-- although I stepped out for a while and had a few minutes now to check back in. What I've found at this moment is that I can get to the "Cash" site via the referral link I was provided, but that I cannot access any of the other sites no matter what method I try.

RE Your other two questions, TTGP (Drew, I believe?) asked me those in a couple of earlier PMs. Condensed version of my responses were ISP is Surewest, a 100 mbps fibre optic service. I have a firewall via my McAfee security setup, but on those occasions when I have been able to access the sites I haven't needed to disable it. I DO make a point of disabling it when I complete offers, but it otherwise doesn't seem to have been a factor. I've even gone so far as to [b37e4bdb3cb]uninstall [/b37e4bdb3cb]all of my McAfee security software to see if that had any effect -- nope!

I would like to compile a list for all three of you of all the steps that have been taken in an effort to either solve or at least diagnose the problem, but I have other things I need to get to tonight. I will attempt to compile and distribute that sometime this weekend. Is this thread the best place to do that, or would you prefer I take it elsewhere? You can PM me a response if you like.

Thanks for both your cooperation, jrw24 and jvreuther, you two have helped enormously.

Update

HostGator, our hosting service, claims they have fixed the problem with their private nameserver settings and it should be fixed in about 24 hours or longer. What we are waiting on now is the DNS to propagate. I really hope this does the trick but if it doesn't, it won't be the first time HostGator has claimed they fixed something and they haven't. evil Both of you keep me updated via PM please.
